TST Course Creation Process

A step-by-step overview for teachers working under Takbir’s Teaching Success Team (TST) model

Step 1: Discovery Session

A structured session to:

• Finalize course title and core idea

• Share sample formats and content design expectations

• Align on branding, tone, structure, and studio process

• Brief teachers on recording timelines and support scope

Step 2: Working Sessions & Content Submission

Collaborative sessions to shape the course.

Teacher submits:

• Course content on provided deck slides

• Scripts for teleprompter/on-screen delivery

Takbir will:

• Review and finalize course content, give feedback, and provide finalized deck.

• Branding and instructional design support

Step 3: Studio Recording & Production

Teachers records at Takbir’s provided studio with full support.

Takbir provides:

• Studio space, teleprompter, and production crew

• Post-production editing

Step 4: Post-Production & Pre-Launch

Takbir handles:

• Editing, branding, and content finalization

• Promotional assets: postcards, visuals, banners, etc.

• Platform setup and launch scheduling

Step 5: Course Launch & Follow-Up

• Course goes live on Takbir platform

• First follow-up meeting within 30 days post-launch

• Ongoing quarterly reviews for improvements and next steps

TST Agreement

All TST teachers must sign the TST Agreement, which outlines:

• Revenue sharing model

• Content ownership

• Teaching responsibilities and policies
