Difference between a paid and a free course

When you enroll in a course, you see paid or free option depending upon course type, each offering different experiences:

1. Free Course:

  • Cost: Free to enroll, no payment required.
  • Access: You can view the course material anytime without any fees.
  • Certificate: May or may not offer a completion certificate.
  • Resources: Usually provides basic learning materials.
  • Interaction: Typically has limited interaction with instructors or peers.

2. Paid Course:

  • Cost: Requires an enrollment fee.
  • Access: Access to course material after payment.
  • Certificate: Typically includes a certificate upon completion.
  • Resources: Often includes additional resources or support for learners, such as quizzes, assignments, or instructor feedback.
  • Interaction: May offer opportunities for discussions with course instructors and more interaction with other members taking the course.

Paid courses generally offer more comprehensive resources and a certificate of completion, while free courses provide basic learning opportunities.
