Takbir AI and Content Creation Policy

At Takbir, we welcome scholars, teachers, and experts who use creativity, technology, and knowledge to share meaningful learning experiences.

We understand that Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including text-to-speech (TTS) and content generation programs, can be helpful in making high-quality educational materials.

However, we also want to make sure that learning stays authentic, accurate, and personal for our users.

Acceptable Use of AI

Teachers and creators are welcome to use AI tools to support their teaching and content creation — but not to replace their own knowledge, presence, or voice.

Your personal understanding, delivery style, and experience are what make your lessons truly valuable.

You may use AI tools for:

  • Planning and organization: Creating outlines, generating lesson ideas, or improving structure and flow.
  • Visual support: Designing relevant visuals, diagrams, or animations using AI — as long as they are clear, accurate, and connected to your topic.

    Audio and video support:

    • You may use AI-generated voiceovers or text-to-speech (TTS) narration to improve sound quality or accessibility.
    • The voice used should sound natural, clear, and easy to understand. Avoid robotic or low-quality audio.
    • You may use any professional-grade AI voice that suits your course tone - it does not have to be your own cloned voice, though using your own cloned or recorded voice is preferred for a more personal touch.
    • You are free to choose your own AI tool, but it must produce high-quality, accurate, and intelligible results. (Takbir does not currently require or endorse a specific TTS or AI voice tool.)
    • All scripts and spoken material must still be written, reviewed, and approved by you - the teacher or creator.

AI can enhance your content  but it should never speak for you in a way that removes your personal connection to your students.

Unacceptable Use of AI

AI use becomes unacceptable when it reduces content quality or removes the human element that makes learning meaningful.

Examples of restricted or disallowed use include:

🚫 Fully AI-generated lessons with little or no teacher involvement or review.

🚫 Inaccurate, generic, or misleading content written entirely by AI without fact-checking.

🚫 Low-quality TTS or AI voiceovers that sound unnatural, unclear, or emotionally flat.

🚫 Using AI to mimic another person’s voice without consent (e.g., cloning someone else’s voice or identity).

🚫 AI visuals that are irrelevant, confusing, pixelated, or misleading.

🚫 Overusing AI tools to mass-produce content quickly, instead of focusing on quality and accuracy.

Remember: AI can assist, but you remain responsible for the final quality, truthfulness, and originality of your work.

Best Practices for Using AI

To maintain Takbir’s quality standards, follow these simple rules:

  1. Always review and edit AI-generated material.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, clear, and helpful.

  2. Add your personal insight.

Include real-life examples, experiences, or lessons that make your content stand out.

  3. Focus on quality, not quantity.

Avoid producing many AI-made courses quickly - take time to create something meaningful.

Disclosure Requirements

Transparency builds trust. If AI tools were used to create a major part of your course or content, you must disclose it clearly.

  • Required statement (at the beginning of your course or description):

“This course includes the use of artificial intelligence tools.”

You need to disclose AI use if:

  • AI was used to write lecture scripts, generate visuals, or create videos/voiceovers.
  • Code, quizzes, or assessments were generated using AI.
  • Your content includes AI translations or dubbing.

No disclosure is required for minor uses such as:

  • Grammar or spelling correction.
  • AI used for research, brainstorming, or structuring your original ideas.
  • AI-based noise removal or technical editing.

Promotional Content Disclosure

If your course or material includes any form of promotion (like affiliate links, ads, or product mentions), please include the statement:

“This content includes promotional material.”

This keeps your audience informed and maintains Takbir’s standards of honesty and trust.

Consequences of Policy Violations

If a course or content does not meet Takbir’s standards or violates this policy:

  • It may be declined during review.
  • Published content may be removed.
  • Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or removal.

Quality Standards

Every course or learning material on Takbir must meet our minimum quality requirements.

Our review team may ask for improvements or edits before approval.

Takbir also reserves the right to re-review and remove content that no longer meets our policies or quality standards.
